Rear suspension spring bent

Hi guys was riding today and bang!! looked under and found one of my rear tention springs has bent and become dislodged. How do I remove it? Can it be rebent into shape?

Just replace it with a new one... springs are tempered steel and if you try and heat it up or bend it back cold you are going to lose the properties of the spring or possibly have a snap

Oh and a rule of thumb, if you replace one side you replace the other as well and to remove the spring just remove the two rear bolts that hold the suspension to the tunnel and let the rear drop down to where you can get the springs off and pop new ones in

Check for other damage...

I'll be up in truckee/TC tomorrow... if you need a pair of "new take-offs" or other rear skid parts, let me know... I'll bring em with me to get you on the snow.

Looks like you got it covered. If you need any other suspension parts PM me I probably have them in my storage.
