Rear Idler Wheel wont come off

Any tips for getting this thing off? Its rusty as hell back there, ive soaked it in WD-40 for a few hours but it wont budge. Also, the adjusting bolt back there is stuck. Its been loosened off a bit but I cant seem to get it out fully. Again, soaking it in WD-40 has helped a little but not much.

If it's a used sled the left side bolts might be.....

locktighted on. I've had enough left side rear axel bolts come off, that I locktighted them on. Heat on the end of the bolt should release it. As far as the adjuster, it's a problem of dis simular metals. Not much you can do except to work it back and forth a little at a time till it comes off the stuck spot, then lube it twice a year.

What O-rings are you trying to lubricate back there? WD 40 was made for lubing O-rings for NASA back in the late 50's. Get some good penitrating fluid, I don't know what you have avaliable but almost anything beats WD 40. If you have the rear axle out you can tighten a bolt with a washer and try beating the shaft with the wheel held solid. You can't use a maul, but usually some good tapping will get them moving. I have seen some that you needed to pull the c-clip out of the wheel and put a bearing puller on the bearing . Personally I remove the skid and take all my wheels off and grease the beaings every couple years.
