Rear idler wheel re-placement.

I have a 2004 Summit 800 HIghmark, looking to move the rear idler wheels on the rear shaft to just the inside to eliminate the two outside ones. Talked to Dealers and no help. Anyone with ideas?

you can doo a search on here , a few options available smitty on here makes one , i think there are others also , or you can make your own, good luck

Very easy thing to do. It Doesn't cost anything, so don't throw your money away on a "Kit" All you need is a pipe cutter, drill press and bits, zip cut or hack saw, a tap, 2 inch and a half by inch and a half by quarter pieces of aluminum, and a measuring tape. I have done it to my 04 and have 2 seasons on it now and I did it to my buddies edge with no problems either.
Super easy and takes about an hour or two.
