I can't think of a name right now but i will try. I am glad to see the passage making posts on here. Hopefully the new management will be alot better. We have been staying there since they opened the new cabins in 2000 and we love the place. But this year was by far the worst experience we have had out there. Hope it gets turned around over the summer and they get some good people in there and some good cooks. And hopefully figure out how to price drinks in the bar. They were double of anywhere else. Like i said before definatly the best facility on the mountain it just needs to be run like its the best.

Ny, you say the worst you had and hope they turn it around. It is the same managment. They took over this year, so you dealth with them. Its a nice place and all, just need alot of help running it. Bear Lodge and Arrowhead are super great people, and run very well. Good Service, Food, Hospotality, best IMO, and many other people also. Thats were I go. Bear Lodge and Arrowhead!

I think its new management again since the farmers were there. Cant remember their names but I believe they were from the Dakotas. We were out a few times earlier this year and were very happy the guy helped me out with my sled more than once. But we were there last month and it was a nightmare, is it new again or still the crew from last month?

Okay ... to help clarify the management issue at The Passage Resort ... New management took over 3 weeks ago and the owners are now on site as well. We have made significant changes in services and staff in the last 2 weeks and are still working on some issues this establishment has. We are hoping everyone who had bad experiences at the Passage will give us 'another chance' to show you what positive changes we have made in these last 2 weeks. Back when it was the Blue Spruce that was my friends dad that owned it. Hasnt really been the same since. Good luck to you guys. Id say sell hunting/fishing AND riding gear. Get the basics at least. Hell see if RockyMountainDiscount sports will furnish some stuff up there. And i hope that Yamaha mechanic that was up there last year is long frickin gone. What a tool

Blue Spruce

L2R remember the bird that would greet you when you walked through the door when we were kids. The place was awesome when it was "The Blue Spruce". The burgers and chili were really good too. Juke box and pool table were the kids kid get to it. Very family oriented.

I second that name!!! Because the driveway and parking lot are always drifted in!!

Stayed 3 nights in Jan. and was very satisfied. Then, in March they went out of their way to find a room for us on a busy weekend.
