Re building a TRA clutch

I'm working on a '97 summit 670 for a friend. I want to take the clutch apart and inspect/rebuild it. I have done a ton rebuilds on cat and poo clutches but never a ski-doo. I have it off the sled and on the bench. I would like any info and pointers before I dive into this thing. Step by step would be great. Also at what peak RPM does this old 670 run best 9000-10,500 ft evelation. The sled is completely stock. Thanks in advance!!:D:beer;

7800-8000rpm.
Pull apart the 2 halves by threading in the puller and hitting the head of the puller while supporting the outer half in your hand.
Pull the governor cup (very outer portion of clutch) out of the movable sheave, account for 6 pucks, 6 o-rings and 3 small springs, make a note of how they come apart.
Need some sort of spring compressor to put pressure on the spring cap to remove the 3 allen bolts to remove the spring
Rollers/pin weights held by cotter pin, not alot to it really. ALL parts are marked for clocking/balance. Pm me if you need any more info :beer;

For a spring compressor, I just used a large carriage bolt thru a 2x10 board. Some large washers and a nut on the end makes it easy. Just be careful the threads on the bolt don't scrape the clutch bushings. I put some pvc pipe pieces over the bolt.

Also works well for the secondary. I used a 1x2 with some blocking on each end to keep it up high enough to remove the circlip.

Thanks for the help guys. Gave you both some green rep. I will let you know if I have any trouble. What usally needs replaced? ie: Weight bushings and roller bushings on cat clutches. The sled has 3200 miles on it and nothing has ever been done to the clutches as far as I know. I have a secondary clutch compressor that I use for my torsion style secondary clutches, will that work for the spring compressor on the primary?

A 12" piece of allthread in a vice w/nut and a large washer will work for a spring compressor.
Both main bushings, rollers, and the 6 pucks are normal wear items. Good idea to replace the spring also. The arms should move freely but not sloppy.
