So the free members can see I made a #2 post
After all the drama of figuring out I had a 700 instead of an 800 I got it all done and up and running tonight. Going out for the weekend.

If you are installing your RAVES without twisting the guillotine, as per the picture, you will not have working Raves..

You have the RAVE housing upside down with respect to the guillotine.. The bleed whole needs to face towards the bellypan or you will get no exhaust pressure to the valve and it will never open

Also make sure the gasket has the pressure hole lined up with the RAVE housing hole.. Very common mistake with this.. You will see a slot at the bottom of the housing.. this slot must be exposed by the gasket "hole" or the valves will not open
