Random gearing question

Is there an advantage to running the same calculated ratio with different gearing? I run 19 41 in my sled it equates to 215.7 but 20 43 gearing gets you the same ratio.
Forgive me if this a stupid question but would there be any change in the way the sled performed using a larger top gear and bottom gear such as this?

Lighter wallet as you would have to buy a longer chain as well...

Turning the chain around a larger radius can't be a bad thing.

But how much better it is, I don't know. In the old days general rule was to not go below an 18 top gear. I've always gone with the largest top gear I could. A bigger deal is how much dogleg is in the chain from the adjustor.
