Sheep hunting is by far the funnest hunt I have been on. My bro drew a California big horn sheep tag here in Idaho. Hard hunt but awesome to watch a bachelor group of 7 sheep act like teenagers butting heads together.
He shot a smaller ram and I wasn't happy, oh well his tag not mine.

Who cares how long it has been dead for? It IS dead. And a heck of a nice one! Nice pic T/A
I dunno about Wyoming, but in Montana it is ILLEGAL to possess that without a tag!!! Doesn't matter if it's been laying in the dirt for 35 years, you have to have a tag to be holding it. HUGE fines if you are caught. They even take away your birthday!!!
Some of have never caped a trophy for taxidermy.
That ram's hide didn't rot off is was surgically removed.

Only reason I ask is my Dad is a taxidermist in WY and took in a nice Old Ram and I was wondering if this was the one.

Some have... Got an elk hanging on my wall to prove it. I'm talking about the phukked up looking eye. Looks dried out.

this is the only other pic i have-
--knowing Jake , they were probably 20 to 30 miles from the trail head with several hunters so its not just shoot it and get it out that day--they might have been in there a week---who really cares--its a Ram of a lifetime for most hunters , me included
