I am buying a d7 163. The only thing that concerns me is the fragility of those long rails. I ride pretty hard and don't want to fold them up in the backcountry. Where can a guy find some good stiffeners? I have failed at locating them so far. Thanks.

Holz used to make them, but I don't see any on their website...might give em a call. The sled I just bought has a set that have Polaris laser cut into them so you may try your dealer.

the polaris ones are IDENTICAL to the holz brace, same parts included, just not anodized black and has polaris logo on it....great product..
