radiator delete kit

I dodnt have a 900 but i bought a 07 switcback 600 for my g/f. I Want to do the 09 nosepan conversion and need to remove the radiator. Who has the best kit for this?

I put in the SLP airbox, which removes the radiator and all the airbox plastic over the clutch assembly. 1 problem is that you cant put a after market bumper on it now. F & I has a better airbox.
Not sure if they both remove the radiator.

SLP. I pieced mine together and it was more work than it was worth. Just pay the $25 bucks for the kit.

get the rad delete from SLP

get your 09 front end kit from Curt at www.FTXMotorsports.com or from www.babbitsonline.com

I wish I would have bought the SLP rad delete kit just for the alum plate that blocks off the hole where the rad was.... other wise everything is available at your local auto, hardware, or plumbing store. I recommend removing the entire rad hose circuit instead of the hose joiner SLP will give you with the kit. Haven't seen temps over 130* since I took the rad out

Had the SLP Airbox put in and radiator deleted by dealer when I first got the sled. My question is: I know the SLP connector union has a restrictor in it and should be replaced with a basic barbed hose fitting, but I cant get to it to check it without taking a ****load of equipment off. What color was the SLP connector in the rad removal kit anyone has bought from SLP? Is it kind of a pale green color? Im guess the dealer put in the SLP coupling, but want to verify it before I take off pipe, airbox, etc., to get to the connection.

well i removed mine and well it kinda gets warm on the trail, mind you it was abov freezing, probly didnt help lol. do you guys see lower temps when its below freezing on the trail? mine never got hot before, but it was always jam packed with a 10 lbs block of ice in front.
