Rad delete - U-Cooler enough Cooling TNytro

For those of you that have done the radiator and side cooler delete and added a rear U or 4-pass cooler, are you getting enough cooling. Also, where did you end up placing the thermostat and overflow bottle?

I did the 4 pass and remover the front and rear heat exchangers. I left my rad in but removed the bulky fan. The rad is half the capacity of your cooling system, leave it in and just remove the fan. Get a digital temp gauge to see exactly where yout temps are running.

Why would you remove the fan if you are leaving the Radiator in. The fan weighs like 1 lb. Lost of people have removed the Rad and tunnel cooler without issues.

I havent had any issues did the rad delete when I put my cr tunnel on and my PL turbo.. First ride a couple weekends ago not much snow on the trails up never overheated once all weekend,, all the other sleds in group like 10 mostly BRPs were all overheating..

I'll post some pics of bottle and hose routing under my build..
