Was working great, but cooked a rear bogey. Any recommended upgrades. Can I go to 2 wheel kit?

Thats what I'd run too, easy to find parts. I wouldn't use aluminum wheels without rubber. Nextech makes some nice wheels too. Carbon fiber and aluminum ones.

Check out the Fabcraft composite wheels. I ran 2 of those on my old sled for 5 years and they were awesome.They don't ice up, they're really light and they have large bearings 1" bore so the bearings hold up a bit better than the Cat ones which are what I have now.

i run 8 inch cat wheels too plastic ones the billet wheels look great but ice up bad i dont use them anymore.

MMP cuts a beveled edge into their billet wheels so they dont ice up. Iv be runnin them for three years with no problems.

I'm running XP wheels in the back and the stock idlers up front... get as many wheels under that rear skid as possible, why people take them out is beyond me!
