Rabbit Ears

Find a place to store your stuff up there yet Mark? I got a buddy that stored his rig in kremmling. as i recall they even plugged it in for him before he came up. Pretty sure it was a public storage, so you prolly already talked to them. let me know, I can give him a call if you don't find it. Looking good up there for this time of year. Keep building that base!

those are funny sled tracks

its always funny when the front range has more snow than these epic spots. the day to hit rollins pass was thursday. its meltin fast and half of it blew to limon yesterday

Did you go up the east side or west side? We were up on the east side on Thursday and it was pretty damn nice. Lot's of settling the past two days though. How about Mammoth gulch? Trying to get out on a road ride tomorrow to tune a sled and split between Rollins, Cottonwood, or something else. Suggestions?

not cool ....

to name in the forum one of my favorite front range powder stashes. blatant message board foul section 4, paragraph 1.2.......

Thursday was the day but i actually flew to chicago and back in a snowstorm. not the way i wanted to spend my powder day but duty calls...

I tracked around the house yesterday for the super modified 120's but its meltin fast, 50 yesterday and today but base is a good start...

my rock sled is down also, didnt want to risk rippin something off the 09

pu**y!

SO, where was that spot you were talking about????

Went up with JP@weknowsnow, Jbusch, and Mannix today.
There are spots that are decent, but overall it's a freaking minefield & it'll be much worse by tomorrow. It was nice to ride a bit, got to wake up the sled!!

Hope there's more there two weeks from now, it's borderline. (although if it sucks, we're more likely to work instead of ride, so maybe less is more...)

come on over...

next dump and we can ride some school bus size drifts with knife edges that such either way you might fall off....need to hit it early before the wind blows it all to hell but when if you get it right after a big dump, you wont believe you are on the front range.

we can head up to rollins pass and if the stars line up just right, shoot over to corona lake and the hut....

Good news, drove over today and it was still white. Today was a lot cooler than yesterday.
