I lost the parking lots yesterday. Hiway 40 closed, hazmat spill. Guy working the road closure at intersection of hiway 40 and 14 says the spill is just a half mile or so west of there so I can't get to the parking. Then today the Steamboat paper says the accident was by mm 139 which must be a few miles west of the parking areas. So we head for the Grizzly Creek parking, and that road is closed like 3 miles from that parking area. Apparently too much snow and wind to keep the road open. We did find some nice snow....

Skibreeze actually spotted it just off the trail heading back in. If we didn't find it it would be gone. Was snowing all day and still coming down when we left.

Couldn't have asked for a better resolution, the jack made it back to my house without me doing anything a day after I lost it. freaking sweet!!! --thanks to the network (dcullen and slednuts)!!


Saturday was sooo sick that loosing the jack couldn't ruin the vibe... let's do that again!!
