Just thought I'd throw this out for others that might be trying to quit smoking. I would snap over dumb stuff and battled anxiety for some time. After doing some research and then talking to a science nutrition specialists we found what works for me. I started taking daily vitamin packs from my local Walgreens in combination of 3 1000mg Omega 3 fish oil tablets for the anxiety and 2 tablets of Green tea to curve the munchies. I was spectacle but if I miss my Omega 3 I go back to the Grizzly. When I have them I'm totally blissful. Not saying it works for everyone but I find that it works for me and it's a heck of a lot cheaper than prescription meds.
