quiting smoking and anxiety

Just thought I'd throw this out for others that might be trying to quit smoking. I would snap over dumb stuff and battled anxiety for some time. After doing some research and then talking to a science nutrition specialists we found what works for me. I started taking daily vitamin packs from my local Walgreens in combination of 3 1000mg Omega 3 fish oil tablets for the anxiety and 2 tablets of Green tea to curve the munchies. I was spectacle but if I miss my Omega 3 I go back to the Grizzly. When I have them I'm totally blissful. Not saying it works for everyone but I find that it works for me and it's a heck of a lot cheaper than prescription meds.
 
Skoal worked real well for me. I wonder if this combo would work to quit that.
 
Worth a try. I tried the gum when I quit. Helped with the cravings but did nothing for the anxiety or weight. I actually lost a couple notches on my belt when I quit by using this. I tried quiting 2 other times where I gained weight. I did have to go on the pills for about a week before I quit to get the stuff in my system though.
 
V8 juice......no b.s. whenever you think you need a smoke drink a can or glass of v8. Good for ya and it works. :)

I didn't do anything.
I just decided I didn't want to smoke anymore after 22 years.
took 3 weeks.
I just smoked less and less powerful cigs.
Ever smoke an ultra light 100.
It's as close to plain air as a cigarette can get.

not to someone trying to quit...;)

go for a run.. that seems to help. Also, take a deep breath every time you start having a problem. It seems to calm me down and help.

I just passed 11 months...
