When you do your pre-ride inspection, dont make the mistake that i just have and forget to check that the bolts are still there.

It will wreck your day!

Update.
Took it to the shop today. They swapped out the bottom pulley and belt. Got the other half of the bolt out.
Fired it up and jack shaft is bent. Top pulley, brake calliper and secondary are wobbling around. They have to do some more digging around and check everything else out. But that was the obvious. This is probably why the bolt broke.
Not sure how that happened. Didn't hit anything. Other than deep powder, the odd jump and moguls on the trail. Nothing out of the ordinary.

They are helping me out and trying to get it back on the road ASAP.

Not sure if there is a dent. It is in the hands of the dealer now but the jack shaft was not bent. Bearing on pulley side called it quits and jack shaft needs to be replaced.

There is a good post on this called "maybe the next recall"
Teth-Air and Geo have some really good input on this. If I only had read it sooner. :)
