Thinking about putting a 4" lift with 33's on my 09 sierra crew cab 1500.. Stock it tows a 26' mirage trailer with 4-5 sleds just fine. IF i put bigger tires and lift will it affect the way my truck tows?? I'd put airbags.. lemme know asap..or should i just do a leveling kti

Lift

Chris do the leveling kit. If you go with the lift and bigger tires it wont pull as well And most likely raise the front end up when you hook onto the trailer. So steering will be alot looser which can leed to front end slidding easier on ice. And we know how well they keep the canyon clean. Also with bigger tires you well loose Hp. And can tell you that it well always wear tires faster. I am a mechanic and telling you this from yrs of doing front end work on lifted trucks. But they look cool when not towing anything.

Thanks for that! I was leaning towards the leveling kit but thought the lift did look sweet. I decided on the leveling kit. Thanks!
