Question for truckboss owners

I bought a used Truckboss and have purchased a bunch of small parts and a few upgrades to fix it up a bit. Question is there appears to be no weather stripping on the rails, previous owner must have removed the deck and cleaned it off before putting it back on or something. I ordered new weather stripping I am just not sure if it goes between the rail and the capture channel or between the rail and the deck. I assume rail and deck, but confirmation would be great.

only weather stripping mine has on the bottom of the rails where it sits on the truck
