Question for Klim Adrenaline Users

Do the Adrenalines loosen up a bit in the foot (ball/widest part) after you wear them awhile? I bought two sizes up from normal and feel room in the toes and heel, but a tad tight in the ball. I was wearing a normal sock trying them on. Out in the snow I normally wear a polypro liner and medium wool sock.

I don't think they will loosen up much.

I had to go up 2 sizes to get em to fit too. I wear the pp & wool also.

I wore em all last year and they still fit like new but there were no tight spots within the boot for me - so hard to say.:face-icon-small-win

Good luck

Opps - me bad

If I remember right they were just a bit tight in the ball area but I can't feel that same tightness now.

ditch the wool socks

The boot is warm enough and dry with just a thin pair of polypro socks, then they should fit like a glove.

Imagine putting on a nice tight glove over a pair of medium wool liners. Bet that glove is going to feel a little tight.;)

All you will need is a thin pair of moisture wicking socks. This will allow the gore-tex to do what it does and keep your feet dry and warm. They will break in and loosen up some, I doubt it would change much in the width though.

My experience was similar to yours. I wear a medium weight wool/poly combo sock in mine.

First ride sucked... very uncomfortable but better by the end of the day.

After the second ride they feel VERY good. I am very happy with them now.

So yes, they will loosen up a bit.

I had the same problem with mine fitting tight on the side. Once the blister calused over they feel great. By the end of the season you will love the boots.

I had to get 2 dozen rides on mine before one tight spot on my ankle finally disapeered.

I bought into the idea of a pair of their $20 moisture wicking socks just to say that I had them... but MAN, DO THEY WORK GOOD!!! Just that thin tall sock is all you will ever need to stay plenty warm and dry. DITCH the THICK WOOL socks and get a pair of their moisture wicking socks...you will NEVER regret it :D:D:D

My boots fit great - my shoe/work boot size is 12, and so are my Adreniline's, perfect fit:cool:

same problem here. 8 days on the Adrenalins now, great boot but I 'm getting a little tiny bit of pain on the ball of one of my feet.

although... driving home without changing my boots- priceless!:D

I'm with you on the Klim Socks. I think it is more than just having the dry foot, that sock is very comfortable as soon as I put them on!!!

Being able to drive home in those boots really is Priceless.

I have quit using the 2 eyelets right at my ankle as it was a bit uncomfortable. The boots still work great!:D
