question about 97 670 summit

will a triple motor from the mach z bolt into the 97 670 summit chassis without any troubles

My buddy (skidoohmx) on here a 780 tripple in his 97 Summit, and there are other snowesters who have triples in that chassis , that makes one powerful sled, when I went from my 97 Summit w/ 670 motor to his mod 780mod, WOW the power is awesome.

It will directly bolt in without any mods if done right. The triple steering post will give you the clearance you will need with the stock flat slides and just buy the triple pipes for the conversion. Jaws and Crank Shop make these specific pipes. Just don't use them stupid foam UNI filters. This combo really needs good air. We mostly ran ours with open carbs. This is still a good combo. The power is good and the chassis is good. The triple really responds to engine work.
