who makes the best tools for taking apart this POS for changing out springs and doing maintenance?

I have the C-T QRS tool....very nice. The primary clutch holder is a POS.....I just use the old TRA holder that is designed for the slots and hook it on the clutch beside the clicker bolts.

What's the problem with the primary holder? It looks like it would be the ticket for diassemblying the primary and doing maintenance/clutch kits.

The holder has nothing to do with disassembly, it just holds it when you lossen/tighten the bolt, or when you use the puller. I just don't like the way it fits....seems to push on the outer part of the clutch too much. I get a much more positive "grab" with the old holder used as I described.

Sorry, I got the holder confused with the clutch compressor. Since I don't have a clutch holder I have to start somewhere and since that whole thing comes as a kit it will have to work. Thanks for the info.

Dave, I use the same holder, really works good. Just have to make sure its got a good grip before torquing bolt or using puller bolt!
