Q. about camping at mable mt. snopark (Mt St Helens)

HEY just wondering if we could camp in the RV at Marble Mt. snopark year-round??

We want to take mountain bikes and RV up there to camp and ride....

Anyone know when/if we can camp there during summer?

maybe even this weekend?:D

Id say no...I was there last weekend and was headed down this weekend to snowmobile and I wasnt to concerned about lack of snow....Your just jumping the gun, its still winter and were playing with our snow toys still, come on!

hahaha ok yea, we "jumped the gun"....we went up (on Sunday) to Kalama horse camp and rode bikes up to road 81-8123 junction ( 3 miles up ..), and had to stop because the road was covered by snow, as far as you could see...
and there was fairly fresh snowmo tracks that went up towards blue lake... so..ya

anyone know what the lahar conditions are???

I imagine the lahar is done (first spot to burn off) but I'm sure the adventureous could find a spot or two to ride up around down there...

It is done. Still snow down low and up high. But it is not so good in the middle. We had to try hard to find a place to get up middle Pine Creek rocks and logs. But once we got up high it was great.
