PWC 1200 in an Assault chassis

So I've been gathering parts to build a PWC based 1200 for a while now. After my 800CFI engine went down I'm really questioning the reliablity and Q/C on these engines and the EFI system. So now I've dragged out the totes of pieces and parts and have been staring at them, while my sled sits at the dealer awaiting weather or not Polaris is going to sprinkle their holy water on it and grant the warranty. I decide I'd finally start building the 1200, the question is has anyone put one if these engines in an Assault or other form of late model RMK and what if any were the major problems with get everything to fit?

Watercraft Triple in an IQR

I realize that you asked about an IQ, haven't seen one, but;

MBR44 on H.C.S.(Moylan Brothers Racing) built and has a watercraft triple w/triple pipes in a 2007 IQR

Talk to Brad 1200PSI .. word has it he spent like 3 months trying to get it to work.... He might be able to help.

I can tell you there will be a bunch of bulkhead cutting, and fitting. You will have to have a lot taller hood, to fit the pipes.

You are probably better off with an IQR.

Thanks for the replys I have seen the IQR 1200 I was just wondering if anyone had done it in a raw chassis it sounds like the IQR is the way to go if its a triple so I'll probably do some form of custom twin in the assault chassis (since that chassis I have and its ready to roll) and search out and IQR chassis for the 1200 project down the road

The bulk head will not take the stress, if you could fit it. To much flex in the assault or iq bulk head. use the IQR
