Putting up a pic?

I know how to put up a pic from a web site so it comes out nice and big but how can i posta pic from my Windows picture gallery without having to taking it to paint and then making it smaller and then putting it into attachments and then attaching? then it shows up all small ans stupid. I want o put up a nice clear big picture.

not sure what "windows picture gallery" is, but if it's online you should be able to "share" it in such a way you can plop the big image down using code.

Bad: C:\Documents and Settings\Exploding Blender\naked ladies\old_lady_with_a_beard_riding_a_llama.jpg

One of them will work, the other will not. The picture has to be available online one way or another. I host them from a server at my house. A lot of people use photobucket/smugmug/picasa/tinypic/fecesbook to name a few. That's probably the easiest route.
