Putting the super tune on a ATV?????

I have a '03 Kodi 450 auto and it's burning fuel like crazy, like 6mpg! Anyone ever use one of those DynoJet jet kits? Are they worth the cash? Whats your thoughts on a K&N filter? I ride from 5k'-10k'. It's getting 6mpg at 5k'.

I may look into a new belt also. Are they a beotch to change on ATV's?

I swear by the K&N I put them on anything I have, also a new and properly adjusted belt is key on a wheeler they are kinda finiky on their belts. I have never done a belt on those but i know the polaris isnt too bad just takes time.

I would check out what is wrong with your machine first. My 2003 kodiak gets over 20mpg stock. There is not usually enough gain on these to justify hopping them up.Higher alttitude should be jetted a bit leaner. My Yamahas have yet to burn a belt yet(unlike other brands).

I'm not concerned with a "hop" up. I bought this machine used and it likes fuel. For all I know it's jetted for sea level, I figured I might try the Dynojet kit
rather than getting each jet from Yami. As for the belt, I also don't know the condition of it, it seems fine however it was used.
