putting gauge into diagnostic mode??

Is there a way to put gauge cluster into diagnostic mode? need to check for an engine code. 2016 axys 163


My sled is turning on Check engine light when I get above 8100 rpms. once engine light is on, sled performance is seriously retarded but goes away when restarting sled. sled is stock other than SLP pipe and can with clutching. Thoughts?

Sled needs to be running, hold the brake, then press and release the set button until you get to the diagnostic mode. If you have a code, it will show up right after the engine hours.

If you have a code, write it down, then push and hold the MODE button for 2 seconds, it will show the next code if there is more then one stored.

thanks for your help. Looks like ill be firing up the sled to get the check engine light back on
