put track/suspension back-on..HOW tight do i ste the track ??

after welding the supension back together and greasing the beast-up a bit i just got it all back together..not sure how tight or loose the track should be set at on my 2006 fusion 700..have studs on track if that matters..is there a way to check the tension ? i out it back were it was before but have no idea if that was the proper tension either..ty

Here is what it says in the manual.

Track tension sag in/cm with 10 lbs/4.54 kg placed 16 inches ahead of rear idler shaft. .375-.5 in or 1 - 1.3 cm
