thanks guys thanks 347stokin for pm me the chart over really help me :D

Let me know where you end up with your settings. I turned my boost down to 6-7lbs and I'm still leaning out a bit at WOT. Thanks man, I need a good baseline.

SIX POUNDS crank er up!.:face-icon-small-win The boost fuel "green blue" and "red" are the two that you will be using at wot. Go up high on your boost fuel to say around 5.5 and that will be pig rich and leave your red at 3 and come down from there with the boost fuel so your a/f is 12.5. This set up will be close at 14 pounds.

green 1.5
yellow1
red 3
green blue 3.5
yellow blue 5
red blue 4.5

I've tried it with the boost fuel near max and the red WOT setting maxed out and I still run out of fuel on the big end. Something must be wrong here.

well you should trun your boost back up because you didnt pay for a trubo to run 6 pound crank it up to 14 and try

green 1.5 yellow 1.5 or 2
red 4 green blue 5.5 yellow blue 2.5 red blue 7

hmm are you running all stock fuel system do you have a regulator on your sled thats wierd you should check how much power is going to your fuel pump

I believe the fuel system is completely stock. The stock regulators are not adjustable. I'll put a multimeter on my fuel pump tomorrow.

I won't be turning my boost up until I get my fuel probs figured out. I had it at 12lbs and was leaning out even worse at WOT even with the red(WOT) mode maxed out and the green/blue (boost) mode set pretty high. I even played with the altitude compensator mode trying to get some more fuel but no luck. (and I do realize going up on the LEDs pulls fuel on this setting)

if that dont get more fuel trun your fuel max ed out on your control box make sure that your blue boost light is not cuting out you will loose fuel

Sorry, I'm not quite understanding your post here. I have had the green/blue (boost setting) nearly maxed as well as my red (WOT setting) maxed and I still lose fuel at WOT.
Every other fuel range including heavy acceleration is good.
I will try and get my PL box in somewhere warm and make sure it's good and dry.

Thanks for the help guys! Excellent info.
Sorry for highjacking your thread M1000 man.

If you have a steady green light when you start your sled it is most likely not the box.Start looking for a vacuum leak or a pinched fuel line.Something is not right we all can see that.Im having a hard time figuring this one out:confused:.I was hoping Link would step in.Hes one smart mofo PM him,im sure he will help ya.:beer;

im almost thinking if the contoll box is cranked up max then it may very welll be a software problem but if both m1100man ,347 strokin are having the same problems i dont think there would be the same vacume leak check all your ground wires !! so both you guys are having this problem not making enough fuel :confused: that just dont make sense i have put many kits in and never had a prob not getting enough fuel at 12 psi
what altitude at again?? an where are you riding??

are you guys riding at your level there if you are well thats prob most of your problem at wide open thows control boxes are only designed for 4000 ft to 8800ft im almost sure ill find out for you tomorrow morrning have you tryed your sleds in the mountains ??
