We offer a great alternative to sawing out the your boards and riveting in inserts!!! For people that can get their sled to us we will punch them for $10.00 a hole. We also offer a pre-hardened tool steel punch for you do-it-yourselfers. It is very easy to do. 1. Drill an 1 1/4" hole with a hole saw in the center of where you would like the punched hole to be. 2. Assemble the punch though the hole you have drilled. 3. Line it up where you want it. 4. tighten it by hand with a ratchet (NO IMPACT GUNS). As you tighten the bolt it will punch the hole and then swedge it. The swedge adds strength to your boards and a real professional look. Right now we offer a 2" X 3" rectangle and a 2" round. Check out our web site in my signature.
