pulling mag side off

im trying to rebuild this motor.. but having a hell of a time trying to pull the fly wheel off.. i am using a harmonic balancer puller working on my poo and buddies ski doo 1000, but this 800 just ate the puller. i just can't seem to get it off

do i really have to spend the 100 to buy the BRP one?

Try a little heat with a heat gun or something similiar. Most likely its just a little rusted/ siezed on there.

Pour water into the shaft, then put thread tape on the bolt and thread the bolt in and it will pop right off. Sounds crazy, but it works.
