Pulley torque specs

Depends on what you are calling the drive pulley.
As Stang84g said 30 ft-lbs for the bolt on the QuickDrive pulley.
If you are calling it the "drive pulley" in SkiDoo-language... which means the Primary clutch.... 80 ft-lbs. ... and then re-torque after a few miles on the snow.
