Pto side driveshaft bearing removal?

So I'm changing my switchback assault drivers from 2.52 to 2.86 avid drivers. Wondering if its better to press each driver on from the outside of the shaft on both sides instead of both from one side? If so, how do I remove the pto side bearing to slide the new driver on? I'm assuming there is an internal snap ring under the bearing, and I just use a puller to pop the bearing off?

That bearing is press fit. A puller will get it off. Both drivers go on from the smaller tapered end.

Ok so since the smaller tapered end is on my mag side I will just leave that bearing alone. Thanks
