Pto injector failure?

Got this on my boondocker box today on my 2010 race gas set up. running 8lbs at 1-4k ft on 50/50 110/93 mix. did some research and seen that other people have ran into this and it turned out being a bad ground or chafe in the harness? Any other ideas or past experiences would be appreciated, im new to the turbo world and looking for any help or insight.

Check injector connections as well. loose connection can cause error codes but still run.

This happend to me last season, turned out to be a broken wire down by the injector.

mine was a pin had popped loose on the ecu connector and pushed back.

thanks guys replaced the harness. couldnt find any bad wires and boondocker said there was a flaw on my harness. sled is ripping now.
