PTO inject error ?

Boondocker box pto injector error comes up any help? i'm told to put a 100 watt restster in line because of no headlight might help. electric interfearance.

Check that all the individual wires are fully inserted into the white clips that goes to the BD box. If my memory serves me, a green wire is for the PTO injector.

yes, check your injector harness and plug ins to the injectors

Also check your ground. A bad ground usually gives a Mag injector error, but can give the PTO side too.

It simply means there is a short circuit between the controller and the injector somewhere.

yep like said check connecters ,ground, bd will tell you to check voltage at injector plug should be 14-18volts if I remember right.

make sure to get some dielectric grease for all your connections, ive been doing this to all my sleds for years now with no problems or hiccups what so ever.....

Ok found all kinds of issues The ground system was fouled up for sure Grounded to chassis and engine, one pins in the injector plug was coming out greased all plugs and no more error code but the sled still does not want to run It boosts up then pops and falls on its face. When i unplug the boondocker box from the injectors and run the stock set up it runs without popping like it should. I have tried richer and leaner in the box no good has come from it. I think the box is bad?
