PSI #s for 08 BD Race Gas 700?

I ride 6000-10000 ft if I hammer it of the bottom it hesitates, stutters real bad for 3 to 5 seconds then comes alive. Then if I do long pulls it starts to heat up on high boost but not sure if its lean or burning raw fuel past the probes which has happpened to me before on other sleds. Its my brothers old sled and it never had this problem till he did the upgrades? Any # suggestions i can try, right now its set at 40 64 69.

Your PSI #'s seem real high. But im having about the same runability issues that your having and my numbers are 33 53 56 for PSI. Good luck with any help with numbers seems like people are to shy to post them on here ive asked many times with no response. My sled is a 2007 with a 2009 700 CFI engine and it has a bog on top end and runs hot on top end no matter what i do....Set up at 13 lbs boost full race gas fresh 110 Sunoco.

well you can call and see what they say. I have called em twice and both times got different numbers and they didnt help at all. Im going to start with fresh plugs and new fuel filter and see where that gets me. As mine runs great till top end where it sputters/boggs and really heats up. Im thinking its draining fuel out of the rail and leaning out cause of a clogged fuel filter...

Not yet my buddy knows Jarred there really well hes gona call him before saturday and get me some numbers to try...I will let you know.

i just took my sled to them last week and they set mine up for 6000 to 10000 if you want the numbers off it i can get them

no response from boondockers so I messed with the numbers this weekend came up with 37 53 62 ran good except for the bottom end bog still I noticed your bottom number is a 33 so i am going to try that number. You might want to bump your high psi number to where i am at and see how it reacts on your sled. Let me know. We were riding in Island Park saturday up in Jefferson so our elevation was around 8000 ft give or take.

how much boost, % of race fuel and what were your egt's at wot on climbs? thanks.

12lbs boost, deep snow running 1260-1280 egt, and I run sunoco supreme 114 100%.
