Providence Canyon today

Well a bunch of peeps from Snowest met up at Prov canyon to go for a ride and enjoy all that new snow. It was deep deep powder early in the morning but by about noon, the sun baked it really good and it wasn't as deep. The trees were amazing as well!! Heck I had to cut 3 down today and M8Chris had to cut 1 down Didn't get any boondockin footage but did get everyone catching some air, so here is me, TGitt, 1MexM7, and M8Chris hitting a little kicker up by the rodeo grounds!! enjoy!!

I don't know how to make the quality better yet, it records in HD but everytime I put it up on youtube it loses all the good quality

Looks like a great day guys! Thanks for taking the time to bust out the cameras and get some shots. I had a good ride as well today. By Saturday the snow is gonna be really, really set up. But here's a hint....find some good pines on a north east facing slope and you'll be rewarded!

the 720 format looks fine, you need a camera that records in MP4 for the next level, then you need to play around with the compile settings on either your PC or MAC to get the best format.....it took me awhile to find the better settings for MAC

you can also search the help files on youtube, but i found better help with a MAC forum

also, understand your windows media player or quicktime do no use the same codecs that youtube uses

We unloaded at the parking lot and there was plenty of snow.. But on our way back, we rode mud the most of the way down. I'm sure you could drive to the pic-nic tables and unload there.
