Hi,

Just got myself a HC-X Heelclicker sec.
Want to know what springs and Helix it uses. Are they ST made or from some brand, like A/C?

Thx Rasmus

I'm not sure what springs to use, but Heel-X are special for that clutch, as no one else use varius radius on their helixes!

Are these actually any good? I haven only experienced problems with them.....they dont last for one.

they are junk , mine fell apart after a couple of rides on a sled that was running 9 pounds boost. the owner of the company told me that it was my fault because i was running boosted sled.

I've ran one on my Apex at 17 psi for a couple rides. Before it was on this Apex I had it on my other Apex for about 400 miles and 15 psi. Seems to work well except the rollers need replaced really bad. I tried getting a hold of them to get some new rollers and a different helix, but they will not answer phone calls or call back when leaving a message.

I have the updated rollers on my.
Anyhow, they're like a new world compared to stock ****

I haven,t seen any thing work any better than the stock clutch, especially on boost. the fastest boosted mountain sleds are running stock clutch.

And still...

I don't run boost (yet) and I'm still on my MM 2-Stroke..
And well, I can't make my stock clutch work near to good, tried with a TEAM. Got better result, but wasn't satisfied.

Hc-x

I ran one on my piped and pimped MM.. Didn't work worth a hoot... I had every spring and helix at my disposal to try... Worked ok at 1500 ft but suck*d at elevation.. For one thing you are going to want to find a 42/34 or a straight 38 cause that straight 42 is more like a 50 degree and it will never pull it. It runs Cat springs. Get a red and red/white. Worked ok on boosted sleds until all the bushings failed... Get a shockwave and call it good!
