Bought some stuff for my sled and ended up selling the sled. Talked to Rich today and he is swapping everything out for another sled-no questions asked. We bought two sets from him, installed one and nothign but good things to say about the product. Now I can add nothing but good things to say about the customer service as well. Thanks again Rich.
