wow, service in less than 25 minutes...I wonder how long it would have taken had you you IM'ed them rather than taking it to a public forum first...I am certain that it would have taken less time (had they been on line) as they are very stand up folk, who stand behind there stuff...

100%. anytime someone posts that they have problems with tom is full of shi$!!! literally every thread like this is replied to by tom himself with in more then reasonable amount of time making it right.

And that is what is lacking in business these days. Tom I will be buying my goggles from you this fall and telling the other 10 guys I ride with about them also.

ive shot off many emails since then to tom about it idk if an email filter got them or what but ive deffanitly tried

yeah there great first i had accualy used the wrong code because i haddnt checked my emails and got the new code for the 10dollar glasses with the goggles and free dvd

ive tried to get ahold of tom on SF a few times and tried to talk to them on there site through the live help thing but no ones ever online

the video is called vertical ascent tho... that may have been the problem, you just wanted the wrong vid the whole time ;), toms a great guy to do business with i've never had any issues
 
Well the problem is, when you ordered the coupon code you used was one that does not include any free dvd. So when we shipped your order, there was no mention of the VA dvd on the packing list. And looking back, we didn't receive an email from you about it until a few months later.

But I'll take care of it. Larry if you have a new DVD can you give it to him and I'll restock you later? Be quicker than mailing one.
 
i remember using the wrong code then i asked if i could change it to the christmas code or what ever it was so i could get the glasses with the goggles for $10 and the free dvd

and i sent you an email about a week after i got the package but i diddnt know if you got it or not. and i tried talking to you on the live help chat thing but you were never on when i went on there

last year i ordered a set of goggles glasses and used a special offer code and got a free vertical escape dvd. and i love the goggles and glasses but diddnt recieve the dvd.

Doesn't sound like much a problem to me...you didn't even pay for the DVD, and in addition to that, doesn't sound like you even tried to call or notify him that you didn't recieve it.

Grow up! Doesn't become a problem until numerous attempts to contact a business without any luck.
