Is there a zirk for the jack shaft on a 05' rmk 900 if so please explain where, I can not find. Also having a hard time removing the throttle bodies because of a SLP intake that was on the sled when purchased does this intake unbolt or slide foward to allow for more room? Please help and explain how to move SLP intake.

As for the jack shaft, those are sealed bearings, there is no zirk to grease them like the older EDGE sleds.
Don't have an SLP intake so I can't say on that one...
Unscrew the first few screws where the SLP airbox and the gutted/modded boost box are joined. You should be able to wiggle the gutted/modded boost box into the SLP airbox enough to loosen the boots and get the throttle body off. It will be tight, but there is room.
There should be four or so long screws that hold the box to the sled and the others hold the two halves together check and mark the long ones with sharpie etc.
Used to remove the "hold down" screws ,loosen at throttle bodies and wiggle/fish it out.
OH watch or remove the hood also!!!
