Problems with mountain machines?

Anyone having problems with mountain machines? I ordered some boggie wheels at haydays 2.5 months ago, still not here. I call them three times a week to try and talk to Ben and turns out hes always gone or on the phone all day(wtf). All they tell me is another 2 weeks they will be at your door, and this has been going on for 2.5 months and still not here, anyone else have any problems?

I have dealt with Ben and Maria for years. They get bogged down when they get the orders from the stocking dealers. No excuse of course but they will make it right for sure.
