Problem with XF 1100T 2012 mod

I have a problem with my XF1100T. Between 3500rpm and 5500rpm it has a point it is "backing/cuts" out and the comes again.

The problem is more clearly when the engine is at operating temp.<o:p></o:p>

After 400km (248 miles) my voltage regulator stopped working. That is the only problem I`ve had with the sled.<o:p></o:p>

The problem started around 1400km (869 miles) and the sled has now around 2300km (1429 miles).<o:p></o:p>

Mods:
TD 2,5" full Exhaust <o:p></o:p>
Hi Jacker 2.0 without rev limiter flash<o:p></o:p>
EVO BOV<o:p></o:p>
Clutching dalton T1<o:p></o:p>

Have tried to put it all back to stock. Didn`t help.

Things I have changed from a M1100T 2012 model:<o:p></o:p>
Plugs gapped at 0.22. Tried new ones as well<o:p></o:p>
ECU<o:p></o:p>
Display<o:p></o:p>
Fuel pump with pick ups<o:p></o:p>
Fuel injectors with regulator<o:p></o:p>
Fuel filter<o:p></o:p>
Air filter<o:p></o:p>
Throttle body with intake, TPS and idle engine.<o:p></o:p>
Primary and Secondary clutch<o:p></o:p>
Compression test<o:p></o:p>
Leakage test in/ex valves<o:p></o:p>
All 3 sensors/valves located above the primary clutch.<o:p></o:p>
O2 sensor exhaust<o:p></o:p>
Disconnected throttle safety switch<o:p></o:p>

Have changed pretty much all components that are related to fuel. Fuel pressure ok. No impact on the fuel gauge when it happens. <o:p></o:p>

Builds full boost. But the sled feels like it has less response than the other M1100T I have tried. <o:p></o:p>

Checked Intercooler and hoses for leakage.<o:p></o:p>

Any thoughts?<o:p></o:p>
