Looking at making the switch from Yamaha to Polaris next season. The Pro will be turbod and it will be either the HM, Silber or Boondocker. Im interested in the MAJOR differences between these 3 kits, also i would like to know what kind of boost they can run. Sled will be ran on straight 110. Thanks in advance.

Phil,
Your welcome to ride my BD set up. Do you work with DX in Gillette?
I have been very happy with my BD kit. I have the timing box on the way and will have it on for this weekend. I am also going to change from race gas to AV 100LL and see if that cleans up the bottom end even more.
We are putting together another BD kit on another 163 Pro and will have 2 sleds to compare and test everything from clutching, mapping and gearing.
The only con I see with the BD kit is it needs an intercooler!

Thanks dc. When and where are you riding next? Not sure what dealer for polaris yet, would rather make trips to casper or billings. Refuse to work with the one here in sheridan.

I hope to go south this weekend and set up the other Pro turbo.
Do you ever ride with Don or Josh Williams? We are hoping to go ride with them with in a couple of weeks or so.
I can surely help you out on a Polaris either from Casper or Gillette. We are giving special pricing out on spring snow checks with turbos out the door on either the Ski-Doo or the Polaris.
If you are interested let me know and I can PM you the pricing.
The set ups will be... BD,Turbo kit, (Polaris) Clutching, Venting. We will run the first tank of gas through to be sure the sled is ready to rock and roll!
