I messaged Evans a year ago for an edge tunnel and they never got back to me I assumed they had quit

Nope... Call them.

What are you trying to do/improve/change?

IMO..with the different add-ons/options these days and the fact that the tunnel is partially bonded with a light cooler... Not much sense in going the full tunnel replacement unless yours is already beyond repair.

Power Addiction Tunnel-sides/boards, VanAmburg tunnel sides/boards, Airframes (and the knock-offs), 2013 factory Polaris Burandt boards, AKSnowriders tunnel side kits, FTX Cooler kits and extensions, Timbersled drop brackets...ETC ETC.

Much less time and overall money... Heck, even the look is the same.

Mines majorly damaged, wrinkled behind chain case, pounded it out but its still not right

Is yours a 2011?

Post up some good pics.... Inside tunnel, outside tunnel etc.

I'd bet it can be repaired.

Best to buy a complete new tunnel/bulkhead assy. ...Then do the reinforcement from there....

OR...

If you have a bit of patience and can wait till October or so... get a 2013 Tunnel Bulkhead assembly that has the new style running boards on it!!

Edit:...GAWD...They price went up HUGE on the Bulkhead/tunnel assy.. almost 500 more for a 2012... $2,200 for a complete chassis and it seems Polaris stopped selling just the tunnel. (you may have already known that).

repair

I did some repairing on it a few weeks back. I smithed the wrinkle out but that pushed the tail corner of the tunnel up instead of pushing the impact forward. I rode it last weekend and can tell my clutches are out of alignment now so definitely needs to be torn down. No biggie just parts!

If your tunnel is that tweaked in the area of the chaincase... then you will definitely need more than a tunnel...

IMO... Bite the bullet.. buy a new complete chassis and get Ak's kit in there.

The new chassis comes with the chaincase and all other parts that are probably now "tweaked" already bonded on.
