Headache rack with 5 tabs for lights. Fits gm trucks, I know it fits the nbs trucks duno about the -99 body style. $150 obo takes it. Someone tried to paint it, its buffed but pait is still in the pockets. New $450 you can have it powdercoated for a lil more than 100$. Ill take some pics later.
