If you have had or are affraid that you may have issues with the tunnel on your PRO directly behind the drop bracket where the top of the rear scizzor mounts similar to the attached pictures.

I have designed a re-enforcement panel set that I can ship to you to strengthen this area. They are $ 120.00 per set or $ 175.00 per set powder coated black red or white, Some custom colors may be available.

This kit uses all stock rivet hole locations as well as added rivets for extra strength. Stainless rivets will be provided.

I have attached pictures of the prototype panel set installed on one side of my sled. keep in mind this install was to get me by until my new tunnel arrives. I will be adding this NEW kit to my new tunnel when it arrives.
please PM me with any questions that you might have. Cheers Steve

US shipping, Standard UPS average cost $ 35-50 depending on location

Good choice on using the 5052...what did Polaris do for you on the bent tunnel?

They are shipping a new one to my dealer under warranty. This product will prevent anyone else who uses it having to fight for warranty as well as keeping them on the snow. At first they denied the claim stating that I had to much weight on the tunnel.. ie, gas can etc. I have a great dealer and they fought for me.

Good to hear...seems like it always comes down to whether or not your dealer will help you out.

I was told any modification to tunnel, frame, body or engine and engine components void warranty. They look great but It sure would void my 4 year warranty.

I can tell you it took 2 weeks for Polaris to step up and warranty my tunnel when it failed. When the new one gets here these supports will be installed before the tunnel goes in the sled. If you seriously think that these panels will void your warranty then they are not for you. Do you think that Polaris engineers would add a brace, illbeit insufficient to an area of a tunnel that they did not think would be an issue. Never had em on any IQs to my knowledge nor did any fail to my knowledge. It would be nice for you to sustansiate your voided warranty claim though.

Hopefully the attached will break this down for the skeptics. I have just received another order form a fellow snowwester who has had the exact same failure as I did. Still has not been approved for warranty?
