PRO RMK swaybar quick disconnect?

A couple wrenches for the nut/bolt, and some electrical tape?

Unless you plan to be going back n forth multiple times during the day..

But generally, you'll also need to adjust spring preload to resolve the diving that no swaybar causes.

It looks very simple to just get another bolt, drill a hole through it, and put a cotter pin through it as a "quick release" I guess.

Thanks for the info & idea rotax, Much appreciated!

Is there any reason u would have to disconnect both sides? I realize disconnecting one side renders the sway bar ineffective, but want to make sure I'm not overlooking something like if one side disconnected would the other side hit anything?

I built mine for about $5 at ace hard ware . 1 ft 1/8" cable 2 cable clamps,5/16 pin with multiple holes and a cleaves pin. Drill a 1/8" hole in the pin near the head run cable thru it and squish clamps on cable now cut cable to desired lenght make a loop at the end an install cable clamp, that end is for the cleaves pin. When not using just loop cable over the top of the sway bar and hook into cleaves pin done. If interested I will take some pic tomorrow.

We have seen no instances where the disconnected end of the sway bar comes in contact with any suspension parts or non suspension parts and causing any damage.

It is also correct that you may want to increase your spring rate, but this comes down to personal preference.
