Pro RMK heater element on an Axys - No go?!

Broke a heater element, replaced it with a PRO RMK heater element. Won't get hot (though it plugged in). Is this a known incompatibility or is something else going on?

Axys heating elements are insulated so that may be your issue. My Axys heaters get WAY hotter than the Pro heaters.
