whats everybody finding for a clearance on their '13 (or '11 or '12 for that matter) I am wondering if I need to shim. I havent measured mine yet but the belt to sheave clearance seems excessive, remind me, if I wan to tighten the gap I remove or add shim?? Thanks!

To make the belt sheave clearance smaller you would remove a shim. I never did check mine on my 13, just pulled it off and sent it to carls cycle to get the sheave cut done, and shim for SLP MTX weights and then rebalance.

How do you figure that?:face-icon-small-dis

adding a shim moves the sheeves closer together. MTX weights are thicker to so be sure to check clearance.

I had carls cut my sheeves and they shimmed it for the MTX weights when they did it. Be sure to tell them what belt you are going to run as they are not all the same. I can not run a XS809 on my sled cause the clearance is too tight.
