Hey anybody run into an issue where their headlights flicker on and off? Basically the headlights are on most of the time, but from time to time the headlights are both out all together...

check the wiring that runs behind your secondary, last year on my 11' i had some wiring behind my secondary that was a little loose, it would actually rub on the secondary when it opened up and it eventually cut through it completely i beleive it was in a bundle that was actually supposed to be tucked into the area in between the airbox and injectors. The initial problem I noticed was the headlights would flicker out, and come back on. I eventually lost my taillight, and guages too.

Last year, My Pro lost it's headlights on the first ride, turned out to be the wiring was rubbing where it comes out of the Hi-Lo beam swtich, on the top of the paryimid frame, repaired the wiring, and covered the harness with Split loom, and all has been fine the past 1100 miles.
